Celebration Design Studio offers two invitation and event stationery design services.
Celebration Range : selection of ready-to-order invitation and stationery designs
Custom Design Service : designed for you invitations and stationery designs

Order from the Gallery : Celebration Range

AS SIMPLE AS "I LOVE IT - LET'S ORDER"

STEP 1 : contact us
So you love a design in our Gallery and you would like to place an order.
Simply email or phone us on (07) 3202 7275 and we'll run thorugh all the details with you - production, timeframes, invitation wording, guest lists, customisation and deposit payments.
Alternatively contact us for a complimentary obligation free consultation.

STEP 2 : design and proofing
A digital PDF proof will be prepared and emailed to you.
Should the proof require changes, email your amendments to us.
Your changes will be made and a second proof will be emailed to you.
[Further changes will incur additional charges.]

To approve the proof, send us an email confirming your approval.
Please attach approved PDF file with your approval.

STEP 3 : proofing sample [optional]
If you ordered a proofing sample, this will be assembled and posted to you.
Should you require changes, email your amendments to us.
Your changes will be made and a digital PDF proof will be emailed to you.
[Further changes will incur additional charges.]

To approve the proofing sample or digital proof, send us an email confirming your approval.
If you had paid a deposit on your stationery order the remainder is payable at this point.

STEP 4 : production, delivery or collection
Your stationery will be printed and assembled after receiving email approval and total outstanding monies recieved. We will contact you when your order has been dispatched/posted or is ready to be collected.

DESIGNED FOR YOU
Searching for a specific design but can't find it, seen a few design elements you'd like to use together,
or do you want the ultimate in custom couture and are you looking for innovation and creativity?

If you're in the Brisbane area (south-east Queensland region) you might like to meet us in our studio for a complimentary obligation free consultation.

STEP 2 : the brief and a quote
This is where we find out exactly what you're after. You may wish to show us examples of stationery that you love. We'll discuss the look and feel, fonts and colours, papers and budget. We'll cover production, timeframes and payment options. We'll then prepare a quote.

STEP 3 : custom design
We'll get designing and then email through design concepts.
Usually there is a little tweaking to the design before we get it just perfect for you(often 2-3 rounds).

STEP 4 : layout and proofing
A digital PDF proof of each stationery item will be prepared and emailed to you.
Should the proof/s require changes, email your amendments to us.
Your changes will be made and a second proof will be emailed to you.

To approve the proof, send us an email confirming your approval.
Please attach approved PDF file with your approval.

STEP 5 : proofing sample [optional but highly recommended with custom designed workl]
If you ordered a proofing sample, this will be assembled and posted to you.

Custom design turnaround times : 3-6 weeks (depending on complexity of the work)

Policies and trading terms

MINIMUM ORDERS
Invitations and stationery prices are based on a minimum order of 20.
We do accept orders of less than 20, however a small setup fee will apply.
DIY products and individual items sold separately [eg paper, card, envelopes,
and embellishments etc] have no minimum order unless specified.

PRODUCTION TIME
This can vary depending on the complexity of design and quantities required.
As a guide approximately 1-4 weeks is required for production.
For urgent orders, please call us.

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
Invitation and stationery cancellations will only be accepted within 24 hours of placing your order.
Stock and DIY product cancellations accepted at the discretion of Celebration Design Studio.

VARIATIONS
Due to the nature of custom made and handmade items, each will have certain variations and inconsistencies. These natural variations are not faults. In the event that there is a mistake on our part, we will do our best to correct the problem.

DESIGN PROPERTY AND COPYRIGHT
All designs and concepts are property of Celebration Design Studio. Work may not be reproduced in any form without consent from Celebration Design Studio. We retain all personal rights to use all designs for the purpose of display and for other clients in the future.
